Real Estate is more than an app, or simply finding a property off a website. It's the biggest investment that most people will ever make, and one of the most stressful. Business might be just business, but your home is personal.

I started selling Real Estate in April of 2009, right in the middle of the "housing crisis" after a long stint in the restaurant industry, as an Executive Chef and General Manager.
What an interesting time to start a Real Estate career.

Originally, I came from a world where the key to business success was about people, and relationships. Turns out, that's what Real Estate is too.

I'm not the right agent for everyone, and that's ok.
Professionalism, ethics, and integrity mean a lot to me. I don't want those to be words that are simply said, but carry through in the things I do.

I represent myself, clients, and my industry the best I can. I have been honored by my fellow REALTORS and the Ann Arbor Area Board of REALTORS as their board of director, Treasurer, and President.

Each client, each sale has it's own set of circumstances, and challenges. I work with both residential home buyers and sellers to achieve their Real Estate goals by crafting individual strategies specific to their needs.

When a client hires me, they are hiring someone that will work through problems and issues to come up with the best solutions that we can. I take my fiduciary responsibilities very seriously. It really only matters how I work for you.

More About Kirk
Kirk was born and raised in Ann Arbor, MI. and is an Eastern Michigan University Alumnus. He majored in Construction Management, and was a Track & Field athlete for EMU.
A high school Track coach, foodie and former chef/restaurateur, he also enjoys the many of the parks and trails throughout the area. An animal lover, rescue pet owner, and for better or worse a Detroit sports fan.
